Central University of Odisha Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification
( Ph.D/M.Ed./M.A.)
✅Professor Of Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities, Journalism & Mass Communication, and Languages:
1. A distinguished academic with a Ph.D. in the relevant, allied, or concerned field and a track record of high-caliber publication in research, with at least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120 according to the standards outlined in Appendix II, Table 2 (UGC Regulations, 2018).
2. 10 years or more of experience working as an assistant professor, associate professor, or professor at a university or college, or equivalent research experience in a university or national level institution with a track record of effectively guiding PhD students. OR
3. An exceptional professional with a Ph.D. in a relevant or related field from any academic institution (not listed in above A) or business, who has significantly advanced knowledge in the relevant or related field and can provide documentation of their work, as long as they have ten years of experience.
✅Professor Of Business Management:
1. A Ph.D. in the pertinent discipline and a first-class bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent, in the applicable area. Moreover
10 years minimum of experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least 3 of those years spent in a position that is comparable to an associate professor.

3. Ph.D. degree in Education or in the discipline relevant to the area of specialization.
4. A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in a University/ College as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and/ or research experience at an equivalent level at the University/National Level Institutions with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidates.
5. Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120 as per the criteria given in Appendix II, Table 2 of UGC Regulations 2018.
